With your knowledge of the financial services industry and the financial challenges facing current and future retirees you are positioned to assist your network of local business owners, retirees and other high net worth individuals and their families with sound financial planning and advice.

Our ideal candidate values interpersonal relationships, is an effective communicator, bright and good-natured and has an existing network of potential clients. Professional, courteous, engaging and eager to meet people, discovering their needs and concerns then understanding and communicating how Anchor Bay’s services can assist in achieving their goals, the candidate will be a seasoned financial services industry professional or be willing and able to obtain the required securities licenses (we provide training).

Our Representatives are in business for themselves, but they’re not alone. The compensation package is very competitive, with no cap on earning potential. The work location is flexible. Work out of our corporate headquarters in Carlsbad or a place of your choice.
