NOW HIRING QUALIFIED AND HIGHLY MOTIVATED INDIVIDUALS

We are looking for someone who is looking for something more. We are a small company founded on ethics, honesty, integrity and loyalty. And we value two things above all else: Doing what is right by our clients. And doing what is right by our employees. Those are the goals to which we measure ourselves against each and every day. And we’re looking for someone who can look beyond numbers and graphs. Someone who understands the human equation and shares our value of taking care of the people behind the finances.

Here at Anchor Bay, we believe in being good stewards of our clients’ money. Our top priority is our connection to our clients and our drive to give them our best efforts — because we understand the tremendous responsibility of being a fiduciary to what is often their life savings. It is a responsibility we take seriously. But we do it in an atmosphere that is warm, inviting, casual and friendly.

We value balance. We know how important life is outside of work and we help you to get the most out of your personal life as well as your career.

We are looking for someone who can help us grow — as we help them to learn and grow. We treat our employees as family, which is why we are looking for someone who is looking for a home, not just their next job.

Our compensation package is very competitive, with no cap on earning potential. We welcome those with an entrepreneurial spirit that matches those of our team.

We offer

  • Generous compensation.
  • Medical benefits.
  • The satisfaction of making a positive difference in others’ lives.
  • A Professional work environment that fosters open communication.
  • An environment that is dedicated to life-long learning and continuing self-improvement through education.

For 28 years, we’ve been building better lives for our clients and our employees. This is our culture. If you think you’re the right fit, please take the next step with us.

We’d love to have you.
