At Anchor Bay, Tanner has been a member of the Investment Committee for over a decade where he now makes final portfolio decisions in his Chief Investment Officer role. Tanner is working to achieve the Chartered Financial Analyst, CFA designation and places an emphasis on continuing to educate himself and his team. Following his elevation to Chief Executive Officer in 2026, Tanner stepped into his current leadership role where he oversees company initiatives and direction.
Outside of the office, Tanner likes to be involved in his community and has sat on the board of directors for organizations like the Carlsbad Educational Foundation. He loves spending his free time with his wife and son and enjoys the beach, hiking, playing on the company softball team, and in the winter, snowboarding.
