Money Life for Teens is a financial literacy boot camp designed to help young adults ages 12-20 learn the basics of handling their finances. This strictly educational program is designed to be taught over three sessions of 60 minutes each and will be conducted by the financial professionals of Anchor Bay Capital.

JAMES R. ALLEN

Jim Allen is a Sr. Advisor and has over 30 years of experience in all areas of wealth management. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP©), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA). He has a Masters Degree in Financial Services with an emphasis on taxation and estate planning and is a registered tax preparer with the state of California. He has taught CFP® courses at the UC Irvine, is a co-author of the book “The Tools & Techniques of Charitable Planning” and currently serves on the board of the Financial Planning Association of CA.

TANNER WRISLEy

Associate Portfolio Manager, Investment Advisor, & CFA Candidate

Tanner Wrisley received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University. He is originally from Carlsbad and went to Carlsbad High School where he was a Captain on the Varsity Baseball and Varsity Football teams. He then went on to play Div I football at Harvard. Tanner works on the Investment Committee at Anchor Bay, where he helps to initiate and execute portfolio strategies, along with his investment advising duties. He has multiple years of experience in the industry and is currently working to achieve the Chartered Financial Analyst Designation.
